1. Get your DJ equip ready (TTs, CDDJ, Sort out your playlist)
2. Install Oddcast
3. Extract the lame_enc.dll to C:\Program Files\OddcastV3\
4. Open Oddcast
5. Enter in the server and encoder details you received via e-mail
 
6. You will need to hit the "connect" button on the DSP in order to start streaming.
    
   Note: If a DJ is Currently broadcasting, you will not be able to connect to the server and broadcast as well. One at a time here folks.
   Note2: The server is monitored constantly, so don't try to hijack the stream, your IP block will get banned permanently.

Currently the most popular MP3 player out! One of the best too. Contains a playlist capable of playing 72+ hours of music, a fully functional EQ with presets, a powerful PreAmp, and lots more cool stuff! This player is recommended to listen to AfterhoursDJs streams.

Sonique [ Download ]
A very nice MP3 Player. Compatible with AfterhoursDJs streams.

RealPlayer [ Download ]
An okay MP3 Player. Not the best but it'll do. It's not entirely compatible with AfterhoursDJs streams but it's the most common player bundled with pre-assembled computers. Not recommended but it works.

XMMS (X MultiMedia System), previously known as X11amp, is a multiformat audio player featuring a user interface familiar to Winamp users. It is capable of playing WAV, AU, MOD, MIDI, and MP3 files, as well as Audio CDs. It can also play streaming ShoutCast and IceCast audio, and HTTP streams can be saved. It has skins and supports Winamp 2.x skins. It works on most UNIX systems with OSS sound, and on Intel OSS-compatible systems.

mpg123 [ Download ]
mpg123 is a real time MPEG Audio Player for Layer 1,2 and Layer3. (MPEG 2.0 with Layer1/2 not heavily tested) Tested with Linux, FreeBSD, SunOS4.1.3, Solaris 2.5, HPUX 9.x and SGI Irix. Plays Layer 3 in stereo on an AMD-486-120Mhz or (of course) a faster machine. (Just for info: mpg123 plays an average 128bps stream, with about 66% in full quality on my AMD 486-133MHz machine) Note: this player is only for non commercial use.
